Ayurvedic drink from superfoods

Directions
For a healthy and tasty drink, mix 1 teaspoon (approx. 2 g) of the mixture in 250 ml of hot water, add honey to taste and a few drops of lemon juice. One 100 g package yields approximately 50 cups of hot drink. The mixture can also be added to smoothies and fresh juices.
