Shilajit (mumijo) 32/97 mg. Thickener: gum arabic. Corallium rubrum (coral) 24/72 mg, Cyperus scariosus 20/60 mg, Mesua ferrea 20/60 mg, Chaerophyllum reflexum 20/60 mg, Holarrhena antidysenterica 20/60 mg, Nymphaea stellata (water lily) 20/60 mg, Santalum album (white sandalwood) 20/60 mg, Terminalia chebula (haritaki) 20/60 mg, Cuminum cyminum (cumin) 20/60 mg, Zingiber officinale (ginger) 20/60 mg, Piper longum (pippali) 20/60 mg, Withania somnifera (ashwagandha) 20/60 mg, Pavonia odorata 20/60 mg. Dosage
1-2 tablets 2-3 times daily with warm water or warm milk. The lowest/highest recommended daily dose (2/6 tablets) contains: iron 5/15 mg (36/107% of the reference intake).
