Ashwagandha Coffee
Ashwagandha contributes to better physical and mental performance, helps maintain healthy skin. Thanks to its rejuvenating effect, Ashwaganda promotes respiratory health, increases the body’s resistance to stress, supports mental function, and the heart and circulatory system.
Chicory supports digestion, benefits blood sugar levels, liver and heart function, promotes bone, joint health and weight loss.
Directions
Pour 1-2 teaspoons of the mixture into a cup and cover with hot, not boiling water.
