Dosage
Shake the bottle before use and use a measuring cup so you don’t drink directly from the bottle, as bacteria could get in and the juice could spoil.
Take 30-90 ml of juice a day, preferably on an empty stomach or an hour before a meal. You can drink it on its own or mix it with water or juice.
Minor burns and sunburns can be rubbed with aloe vera juice to help the skin regenerate and feel better faster.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator and use within 30 days.
