Bio Ajwain whole
Ajwain is usually roasted or fried in clarified butter Ghee to develop its aroma. The taste is similar to thyme, but it has a sharper taste, it is used in smaller quantities. It helps against bloating, added to lentils, sprinkled on bread and savory pastries.
