Instructions
- Hold the tongue cleaner firmly and gently place it on the back of your tongue as far as your gag reflex will allow.
- Slowly scrape towards the front of the tongue. Don’t press too hard to avoid unnecessary irritation of the tongue. Repeat this at least four times.
- After each stroke, rinse the surface of the cleaner with water to remove impurities and prevent them from returning to the tongue.
- When you are finished with the cleaner, rinse your mouth with water or mouthwash.
