Useful tips

Before first use, we recommend wiping the Fold-N-Flow mat with a cloth or sponge that will not scratch the mat, moistened with a few drops of eco-friendly dishwashing liquid and water. This will remove any film residue left by the manufacturer. Then rinse with clean water, place on a flat surface, and dry completely.

Storage

After training, the mat can be folded or rolled up for compact storage.

The mat can be folded to dimensions of 46 cm x 32 cm x 3 cm or even smaller dimensions of 23 cm x 32 cm x 6 cm. Thanks to these compact dimensions, the mat can be easily packed into a suitcase or travel bag.

When unfolded, the mat returns completely to its original shape without any creases or deformations thanks to the exceptional elasticity of the premium Fold-N-Flow PVC foam. No matter how many times you fold the mat while traveling, it will return to its original shape after a short time (the recovery time is one hour on average), ensuring consistent performance and stability.

Cleaning and maintenance

For quick cleaning after each training session, wipe the mat with a damp cloth and a mild organic cleaning agent or disinfectant spray.

After washing, hang the mat or lay it flat on a flat surface and let it dry. To speed up the drying process, you can wring out the mat by rolling it up in a towel before air drying. Do not fold or use the mat until it is completely dry.
