Ayur Multimineral contains three essential minerals (calcium, iron and zinc) that must be regularly supplied to the body through food.

Many people know that zinc is a valuable trace element essential for beautiful hair, skin and nails. However, as a component of hundreds of enzymes, zinc has many more benefits. It is important for a healthy immune system, provides antioxidant protection for our cells and maintains energy levels. It also supports normal acid-base metabolism, as well as the metabolism of carbon dioxide, vitamin A and fatty acids. In addition, zinc is essential for the functioning of important hormones, the production of haemoglobin and many other processes.

Compared to other minerals, the body’s own zinc reserves are very low. This makes it all the more important to ensure a regular supply of this versatile trace element. However, some foods limit the absorption of zinc, and stress can also trigger symptoms of deficiency.

Iron contributes to

• the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin and the normal transport of oxygen in the body
• normal metabolism during high energy expenditure and normal cognitive function, reduction of tiredness and fatigue
• the normal function of the immune system and
• the process of cell division.

Zinc contributes to

• normal DNA synthesis, normal fertility and reproduction, and maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood
• normal metabolism of fatty acids, carbohydrates and vitamin A, normal acid-base metabolism, and normal protein synthesis. It also contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress

Dosage

2 tablets 2-3 times daily with water or milk after meals. At a dose of 4/6 tablets per day, the daily dose contains 78/117 mg of calcium (10%/15% RI*), 9/14 mg of iron (63%/100% RI*), 6.4/9.6 mg of zinc (64%/96% RI*).
