Golden Transition I contains ingredients that help women during menopause by supporting hormonal balance, bone health, digestion, reducing stress and improving overall well-being.

Hormonal balance

Amla, liquorice and Symplocos racemosa support hormonal balance, relieve hot flushes and mood swings. The antioxidants in amla increase vitality, the phytoestrogens in liquorice support adrenal function, and Symplocos racemosa helps regulate oestrogen levels for a smoother transition into menopause.

Bone and cardiovascular health

Pterocarpus marsupium supports bone strength, while Terminalia arjuna protects heart health by improving blood circulation and cholesterol levels. Grape extract provides antioxidants that improve blood flow and reduce oxidative stress, helping to reduce the risk of osteoporosis and cardiovascular problems.

Digestive and metabolic support

Ginger, black pepper and Cyperus rotundus support metabolism, improve digestion and aid detoxification. Holarrhena antidysenterica supports intestinal health, while Cassia angustifolia (senna) relieves constipation, ensures smooth digestion and optimal nutrient absorption.

Stress reduction and emotional well-being

Bergenia ligulata, Mimosa pudica and Hemidesmus indicus help reduce anxiety and promote relaxation. Hemidesmus cools the body and relieves hot flushes, Mimosa pudica supports the nervous system, and Bergenia ligulata increases stress resistance and promotes emotional balance during menopause.

Dosage

One tablet twice daily with warm water approximately half an hour before a meal.

Emblica officinalis (amalaki) 336mg, grape 336 mg, Bergenia ligulata 113 mg, Holarrhena antidysenterica 113 mg, Pterocarpus marsupium 113 mg, Cassia angustifolia 113 mg, Hemidesmus indicus 113 mg, Terminalia arjuna 113 mg, Chaerophyllum reflexum  113 mg, Piper nigrum (black pepper) 113 mg, Zingiber officinale (ginger) 113 mg. Aqueous extract from: Symplocos racemosa 78 mg, Mimosa (pudicasensitive plant) 67 mg, Glycyrrhiza glabra (liquorice) 55 mg, Cyperus rotundus 23 mg. Thickener acacia gum. Coating Carboxymethylcellulose. Starch rice.
