Kaash Massage Bowl
The Kaash massage bowl looks like a small singing bowl and fits in one hand. Its smooth surface on both the inside and outside gives the foot massage an unusually smooth and gentle quality.
Each bowl is handmade and comes with instructions for use.
Instructions
A foot massage using the Kaash massage bowl is suitable at any time of day. Due to its relaxing effect on the body and soul, we recommend using it before bedtime.
- Gently warm the massage oil – traditionally ghee is used, but sesame oil or any high-quality massage oil can also be used.
- Apply the oil to the feet with your hands and spread it evenly.
- Hold the Kaash bowl with the rounded bottom facing downwards and begin massaging the foot with slow circular movements.
- Start at the heel and work your way towards the toes, covering the sole, arch and top of the foot. Apply firm, gentle pressure.
- Massage each foot for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Finally, wipe off any excess oil with a towel or allow it to absorb.

The name Kaash refers to a special metal alloy: its most important components are copper and zinc.
