Triphala Plus is a dietary supplement designed to support digestion and detoxification. It combines the complementary properties of three Ayurvedic fruits: Haritaki, Amalaki (Indian gooseberry) and Bibhitaki. These ingredients are traditionally used to cleanse the digestive tract and promote nutrient absorption, while also balancing the three doshas of the body, particularly Pitta and Kapha.
A unique aspect of Triphala Plus is the addition of cabbage rose (Rosa centifolia), which enhances the effectiveness of the other ingredients and adds a cooling effect. This supplement helps reduce toxins (ama) and aids in the production of ojas – life energy and immunity.
Dosage
1-2 tablets at bedtime with warm water.
