Massage Oil Ksheer Bala Taila
Ksheer Bala taila is prepared by boiling ground Bala herb (Sida Cordifolia) in cow’s milk and sesame oil until only the oil component remains. After cooling, the mixture is filtered and used. Ksheer Bala thailam is known for its versatility and is an excellent massage oil suitable for daily external use.
It helps relieve inflammation and joint pain, making it beneficial for arthritis and other Vata dosha disorders. It helps strengthen muscles and nourishes joints and bones. Its antioxidant-rich composition helps relieve oxidative stress.
