Ashwagandha
Ashwagandha is an essential herb in Ayurveda and one of the most revered plants, also known as Indian ginseng, as it is used in Ayurveda in a similar way to ginseng in traditional Chinese medicine. It has been used for medicinal purposes for thousands of years. The term ashwagandha means ‘the smell of a horse’, indicating that the root of this plant can give us the power of a horse.
Ashwagandha helps to eliminate signs of stress, improves perception, memory and responsiveness, and reduces tension.
Dosage
1 – 2 capsules twice a day during or immediately after a meal. Use at least for a month.
