Brahmi
The effect of Brahmi is to calm the nervous system, anxiety and reduce mental fatigue, improve mood and concentration. Brahmi is rich in vitamins A, B, E, K and magnesium.
Brahmi increases oxygen supply to the brain and promotes blood circulation. The formula contains antioxidants, so it slows down the cellular aging process. Brahmi has similar effects to Ginko Biloba or Ginseng.
Dosage
1 – 2 capsules twice a day during or immediately after a meal. Use at least for a month.
