Tea Simply Chamomile
Simply chamomile enhances relaxation and restores calm. Promotes restful sleep. It also helps relieve cold symptoms and promotes healthy skin.
Directions
For one cup (120 ml), add 1 bag and pour boiling water over it. Leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes. Double the strength when serving with ice. It is not recommended to drink with milk.
