Ayurvedic effects on marma points
The Kansa wand can also be used for marma therapy – stimulation of energy points that promotes balance and regeneration of the entire body. It is a unique tool that combines skin care with a deep Ayurvedic approach to health and beauty.
Instructions
- Apply a few drops of your favorite Ayurvedic oil to your face or body (e.g., kumkumadi, almond, rose).
- Gently massage the skin with circular or sweeping movements—from the center of the face outward, following the direction of lymphatic drainage. The package also includes visual instructions.
- Finally, rinse your face with warm water and enjoy the effect of radiant and smooth skin.
During the massage, the skin may appear darker – this is a natural effect of detoxification and contact with kansa metal.
