Directions
In case of a cold, apply Siddhalepa oil on the forehead, neck, nose, chest, spine or legs. For muscle stiffness, sprains, bruises, apply the oil on the affected areas and massage into the skin. Warming the skin by bathing or steaming will speed up the process of improvement of the discomfort. Keep the affected areas warm and repeat the process every 3 hours.
