Ingredients: Krishna and Rama Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum) 38,4 %, Vana Tulsi (Ocimum basilicum) leaves and flowers 21,6 %, Ginger (Zingiber officinale) rootstock 40 %.

Dosage: For maximum health benefits, drink Tulsi Tea two or three times daily.
Directions: You will need a “tea basket” that inserts into a cup or an individual empty tea bag. Place a tablespoon of Tulsi tea leaves into the tea basket or tea bag, and place in your favourite mug. Bring clean fresh water to boil, and pour boiling water over Tulsi tea leaves in your cup. Cover and let steep for 5 – 10 minutes. Remove tea basket or bag and enjoy. Use more tea leaves for a stronger flavour and less for a milder flavour, as per your taste. The stronger the tea, the more potent the benefits.
