Orange Essential Oil
In diluted form, it is also used in cosmetics because it promotes skin regeneration and has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antifungal properties.
Sweet orange essential oils have a positive effect on digestion (bloating, diarrhea, constipation) and the lymphatic system.
In aromatherapy, orange improves mood and stimulates, especially in the dark winter months when there is a lack of sunlight. The scent of orange can calm anxiety and stress, awaken creativity, stabilize emotions, and, among other things, benefit memory.
Instructions
Use in a diffuser or aroma lamp to create a soothing and warm atmosphere. You can also add a small amount of the oil to your bath or mix it with a base massage oil and use it for massage.
Create your own essential oil blends at home according to your needs. Orange blends perfectly with many other essential oils. You can’t go wrong with any citrus, lavender, frankincense, pine, tea tree, eucalyptus, ylang ylang, geranium, cinnamon, and sage.
