Ingredients: Ginger (Zingiber officinale) rootstock 38,40 %, Krishna and Rama Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum) leaves 21,63 %, Vana Tulsi (Ocimum gratissimum) leaves 10,70 %, Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) peel 23,12 %, Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) root 4,30 %, Peppermint (Mentha piperita) leaves 1,60 %, Natural aroma of mint 0,25 %.

Dosage: For maximum health benefits, drink Tulsi Tea two or three times daily. Use one infusion bag for one or two cups or a small teapot.
Directions: Pour 300 – 400 ml of boiling water over one tea bag and leave to infuse for 10 – 15 minutes, depending on how much aromatic and strong tea you want. Sweeten to taste. It is not recommended to drink with milk. To aid digestion or to soothe an upset stomach, drink before or after a meal.
Directions (Ice Tea): Pour 2 cups of boiling water over 8 tea bags and steep for 20 minutes. Remove tea bags and add 2 cups of cold water. Refrigerate to cool, and pour over ice. Drink 3 to 5 cups per day for maximum effect.
