Personal data means any information about an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, a network identifier or by reference to one or more specific elements of the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
The controller has not appointed a data protection officer.
Sources and categories of the processed personal data
The controller processes personal data that you have provided or personal data that the controller has obtained on the basis of the fulfilment of your order. This includes in particular your identification and contact data and the data necessary for the performance of the contract.
If the buyer is a natural person, the buyer shall provide the controller with his/her name, surname, address for delivery of goods, telephone number and e-mail address.
If the buyer is a legal entity or a natural person entrepreneur, he/she shall notify the controller in particular of his/her business name, registered office address, ID, Tax ID or VAT ID, telephone number and e-mail address.
Lawful basis and purpose for processing personal data
The lawful basis for processing personal data is
- the performance of the contract between you and the controller,
- the legitimate interest of the controller in the provision of direct marketing (in particular for the sending of commercial communications and newsletters).
The purpose of processing personal data is
- the processing of your order and the exercise of rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; when placing an order, personal data are required that are necessary for the successful processing of the order (name and address, contact), the provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract, without the provision of personal data it is not possible to conclude the contract or to perform it by the controller,
- sending commercial announcements and carrying out other marketing activities.
There is no automated individual decision-making on the part of the controller. You have given your explicit consent to such processing.
Retention period of personal data
The controller retains personal data for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and the exercise of claims arising from these contractual relationships (for a period of 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).
After the expiry of the retention period, the controller shall delete the personal data.
Recipients of personal data (subcontractors of the controller)
Recipients of personal data are persons (third parties) involved on the basis of the contract in the delivery of goods, making payments and other activities related to the performance of the consumer contract, namely:

The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (to a country outside the European Union) or to an international organisation.
Your rights
Under the conditions set out in the law, you have:
- the right of access to your personal data,
- the right to rectification of personal data and, where applicable, restriction of the processing of personal data,
- the right to erasure of personal data,
- the right to object to the processing of personal data,
- the right to data portability,
- the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the address or email of the controller set out in this Policy.
You have the right and option to update your personal data online in the online shop, in the customer section, after logging in.
Upon written request, you may request from the controller:
- a confirmation of whether or not your personal data is being processed,
- information about the processing of personal data,
- a list of the personal data processed about you,
- the rectification or destruction of incorrect, incomplete or outdated personal data subject to processing; the destruction of personal data for which the purpose of processing has ceased; if official documents containing personal data are subject to processing, you may request their return; the destruction of your personal data subject to processing if there has been a breach of the law.
Upon written request, you may object to:
- the processing of the Buyer’s personal data which they believe are or will be processed for direct marketing purposes without their consent and to request their destruction,
- the use of the buyer’s personal data for direct mail marketing purposes
- or the provision of personal data provided for direct marketing purposes.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated. If you suspect that your personal data is being unlawfully processed, you can file a petition with the Data Protection Authority to initiate data protection proceedings.
Personal data security policy
The controller declares that he/she has taken all appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure personal data.
The controller has taken technical measures to secure data storage and storage of personal data in paper form, in particular through the use of anti-virus programs on data storage, the use of passwords, encryption and regular backups.
The controller declares that only persons authorised by the controller have access to the personal data.
Cookies
In order to ensure the proper functioning of the online shop, the operator may store small data files – cookies – on the buyer’s device, thanks to which the online shop can store data about the activity and settings (e.g. login name, language, font size, etc.) for a certain period of time. The operator’s online shop uses cookies to remember the buyer’s user settings and for the necessary functionality of the online shop. The Buyer can delete all cookies stored on his/her device and, if necessary, set the internet browser on his/her device to prevent the storage of cookies. In this case, the Buyer may have to manually adjust some settings when revisiting the online shop and some services or functions of the online shop may not be functional.
Final provisions
You agree to this policy by checking the consent box via the online order form. By checking the consent box, you confirm that you are aware of the privacy policy and that you accept it in its entirety.
The Controller is entitled to change this policy. He/she will publish the new version of the Privacy Policy on his/her website and will also send you the new version of this Privacy Policy to the email address you have provided to the Controller.
This policy shall enter into force on 01. 01. 2022.
