Bio Cinnamon whole 50 g

True cinnamon comes from the inner bark of the evergreen Cinnamomum zeylanicum tree, native to Sri Lanka and the Western India. If you use whole cinnamon, for example in chutneys or rice dishes, remove it from the dish before serving.

Detoxifies the body, supports digestion and liver function. Harmonizes all constitutions. Prevents hypoglycemia, promotes glucose production. It is used to flavour porridges, sweet and fruit dishes and to prepare hot drinks (teas, mulled wine).
