Moringa is an extraordinary herb and food source that has been proven to benefit communities in India and Africa. In Ayurvedic texts, moringa is called “sigru”, meaning “moves like an arrow”, indicating the herb’s penetrating properties. Moringa is naturally nutrient-dense, rich in essential amino acids, which are the building blocks of protein, and has many other health benefits.

Naturally rich in vitamin C and iron, hibiscus petals provide cleansing and healing energy. Hibiscus has a sweet and tart taste and a cooling energetic effect on the body. Ayurveda also uses the clear, healing properties of hibiscus flowers to support the heart and circulatory system, recognizing their ability to purify the blood, promote clear, glowing skin, and uplift the heart (both physically and spiritually).
Directions
Pour 200 – 300 ml of boiling water over 1 tea bag and leave to infuse for 5 – 10 minutes, depending on how aromatic and strong you want the tea. Sweeten to taste. It is not recommended to drink with milk. Suitable for drinking throughout the day as it is caffeine free. Drink 2 to 3 cups a day for maximum effect.
