Nasal massage oil Anu Thailam

Anu Thailam oil is traditionally used in India as nasal drops for ailments of the nose, ears and throat. It is recommended for chronic and persistent headache (migraine), chronic rhinitis and sinusitis, chronic otitis, visual disturbances, facial nerve paralysis, hair loss and greying, wrinkles on the face and neck, weakness of the organs in the sensory area and diseases in this area.

Instructions

in the morning and evening, add 2 to 3 drops to each nostril while lying down. It is recommended to warm the oil to a temperature of approximately 40 °C before dripping. The drops should be warm but not hot. After pressing one nostril, drip into the other and take several deep breaths to allow the drops to reach the sinuses. Rest for a few minutes and massage your nose, forehead and the area around your nose.
