Dosage

1 infusion bag for one to two cups or a small pot or Thermos.

Directions

Pour 300 ml of boiling water over 1 bag of tea and let it infuse for 5 – 10 minutes, depending on how very aromatic and strong the tea you want. Sweeten to taste. It is not recommended to drink with milk. Suitable for drinking throughout the day, as it does not contain caffeine. For maximum effect, drink 2 to 3 cups a day.

Directions (Ice Tea)

Prepare 1 l of ice tea by using 5 bags of tea, pour 2 cups of boiling water over them, cover and let it infuse for 20 minutes. Then remove the infusion bags, add 2 cups of cold water and allow to cool. For maximum effect, drink 3 to 5 cups a day.
