The Turmeric Formula Ayurvedic blend contains turmeric rhizome in powder form, turmeric extract with a curcuminoid content of at least 90% and a combination of three Trikatu spices (long pepper, black pepper, ginger). The primary purpose of the Trikatu in this blend is to enhance the absorption of curcuminoids that otherwise cannot be fully absorbed by the body. Trikatu is one of the staple Ayurvedic spice combinations, traditionally used to support digestion, excretion and stomach function. It improves nutrient absorption and also promotes healthy fat metabolism.

Turmeric has a beneficial effect on the liver and gallbladder. It is an excellent natural antioxidant that helps protect cells from oxidative damage. It supports important blood functions as well as the elimination of blood clots. It has a beneficial effect on the circulatory system. It is especially known for supporting the body in the fight against inflammation, especially in the joints and musculoskeletal system.

Dosage

1 – 2 capsules with food and water twice a day for at least 3 months or as directed by your healthcare provider. Safe for long-term use.
