Return of goods

If you wish to return goods, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.

You can also withdraw from the contract before the delivery of the goods.

How can I return goods?

You can withdraw from the contract in writing or by email. To return the goods you can use our form.

The goods should be sent to our address AjurShop s. r. o., Jungmannova 1172/20, 851 01 Bratislava, Slovakia. Packages sent by cash on delivery will not be accepted.

What is the refund process?

We will refund your payment, including delivery costs and other charges, within 14 days at the latest. We will refund your payment in the same way you paid for the order. If you wish to have your payment refunded to your bank account, please provide your bank account number in the withdrawal form.

If you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest normal delivery method, the additional cost of the more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

The costs associated with the return of the goods are borne by the buyer.

Please note that the buyer is liable for depreciation and damage to the goods.

When is it not possible to withdraw from the contract?

Withdrawal from the contract without giving a reason is not possible if you bought the goods as a business entity.

It is also not possible to withdraw from a contract, the subject of which is:

  • delivery of customized goods;
  • delivery of goods subject to rapid deterioration or perishability;
  • the delivery of goods enclosed in protective packaging if the protective packaging has been broken after delivery.

Exchange of goods

Due to technical reasons we are unable to exchange goods once they have been delivered. If the goods have already been delivered and you would like different ones, you need to create a new order. When returning unwanted goods, please follow the same procedure as for withdrawal from contract.

Complaints

Do the delivered goods have a manufacturing defect or did the defect manifest itself within the 24-month warranty period? You can make a complaint about the goods.

How can I make a complaint about goods?

You can make a complaint (rights under liability for defects) in writing or by e-mail.

What is the complaint procedure?

No later than 30 days after the receipt of the goods, your claim will be settled, most often by replacing the goods or refunding the purchase price of the goods.

Other options for handling the complaint are: handing over the repaired goods, payment of a reasonable discount on the price of the goods, a written invitation to take over the fulfilment of the complaint or a reasoned rejection of the complaint.

Who bears the cost of the complaint?

The cost of delivery of the goods for the claim shall be borne by the buyer. In the case of an accepted complaint, the seller bears the cost of the complaint, the postage paid will be refunded to you after the complaint has been settled.
