The Herb Shatavari
Shatavari (Shatawari) is one of the most important medicinal herbs. It could be said that it is primarily a “feminine” herb, used for centuries in traditional Indian and Tibetan medicine. Due to its phytoestrogen content, it is used to harmonize hormonal balance in women of all ages.

During pregnancy, Shatavari prevents premature birth, after childbirth it promotes milk production (lactation) and prevents postpartum depression. Later in life, it reduces the symptoms of menopause, positively influences its course, especially by reducing hot flushes, solves problems with insomnia, etc. It promotes fertility in both women and men.
Important is also the fact that during the use of Shatavari increases stress resistance and psychological balance. Therefore, this herb is also useful for emotional stress, difficult-to-manage problems and worries that put a strain on the psyche.
