Shallaki, also known as Boswellia serrata or Indian frankincense, is a herbal supplement derived from the resin of Boswellia serrata. In traditional medicine, it is used for various health purposes and its benefits are attributed to its active compounds such as boswellic acid.

Boswellic acid has anti-inflammatory properties, making it beneficial in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and other inflammatory diseases. It has the ability to reduce pain, swelling and stiffness in the joints.

Dosage

1 capsule 2 times a day after meals, It is recommended to take for at least 2 to 3 months.
