Dosage
For maximum health benefits, drink Tulsi Tea two or three times daily.
Directions
Pour 1 teaspoon of tea (2 g) into 200-250 ml of boiling water and let it infuse for 3-5 minutes or longer, depending on how very aromatic and strong the tea you want. It is not recommended to drink with milk. Like ice tea in the summer months pleasantly refreshing. Suitable for drinking throughout the day. Does not contain caffeine.
