Its content is rich in unsaturated acids, vitamins (A, E) and minerals (potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sulphur, nickel). A teaspoon 1 to 3 times a day can help against over acidification of the stomach, supports liver, intestinal function. Improves sleep quality.
