The mixture of CCF (cumin, coriander and fennel) in tea bags is ideal for a quick preparation of a herbal infusion which aids digestion.

Beware of its consumption after 6 pm. It may cause sleeplessness and frequent urination during the night! The tea can be drunk daily warm or lukewarm after and during meals.

Directions

Pour 0.3 l of boiling water over the tea bag and leave to infuse for 15 minutes.
