Amalaki is a small Indian fruit which is called the “Fruit of Heaven” for its effects. It is coated in vanilla powder and cane sugar, which subtly complements the fruit with its typical caramel flavour. Amalaki can be eaten straight or in fruit salads, muesli or cakes.
