Guggul

The Indian name Guggul means “that which protects against disease”. According to Ayurvedic medicine, Guggul rejuvenates and purifies the lymphatic system and promotes healthy weight management. It is also recommended for liver problems, enhancing the liver’s detoxifying ability. Guggul also supports healthy cholesterol and triglyceride levels.

Dosage

1-2 capsules two times a day with water after meals.
